Charming escape in the heart
I was greeted with warmth from the staff upon arrival and found my room beautifully decorated with antique decor, giving it an enchanting character. The location near Lake Geneva was simply perfect.

the hotel was just average, sure. the room was basic but absolutely not memorable. breakfast was painfully late. also, for the over-the-top price, I expected some special gesture, like maybe a complimentary drink or an upgrade, but nothing. We had an amazing time on our group vacation! The room was spacious, and the daily housekeeping made our stay so comfortable. We loved the separate sitting areas when hanging out with each other.
